High School Spring Athletics Important Information

HS FALL SPORTS:

- Sports forms are being accepted

starting May 18, 2021 and are

due no later than July 30, 2021.

- Forms completed by

parents/students must be current,

signed and dated within 90 days

prior to the first day of tryouts.

(signed no earlier than 

May 18, 2021)

  

HS WINTER SPORTS:

- Sports forms are being accepted

starting September 13, 2021 and

are due no later than 

October 29, 2021.

- Forms completed by

parents/students must be current,

signed and dated within 90 days

prior to the first day of tryouts.

(signed no earlier than August 31, 2021)

  

HS SPRING SPORTS:

- Sports forms are being accepted

starting December 15, 2021 and

are due no later than 

February 2, 2022.

- Forms completed by

parents/students must be current,

signed and dated within 90 days

prior to the first day of tryouts.

(signed no earlier than December 4, 2021)


A black dropbox will be outside by the high school gym entrance for the collection of high school sports forms only. The dropbox will be outside for collection from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and school holidays. The deadline for submitting forms for the high school winter season is Friday, October 29, 2021.


A message from the Athletic Department: 

In order to be eligible for participation in athletics, the Sports Interest Form must be completed in Genesis. 
Please find the Sports Interest Form by doing the following steps:
  • Log on to Genesis
  • Go to Forms 
  • Go to Athletic Registration 
  • Scroll down to sports interest and what season
  • Scroll down t policies and review each
  • Scroll down to agreements and check off you have read the information
