The Technology Honor Society promotes student achievement and excellence in architecture, fashion, and technology, and enhances professional opportunities in career and technical education. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA for all Technology Education classes taken, past and present. Must have completed at least one  or more courses in the Technology Education Department (NOT Computer Science) while maintaining a B+ or higher in each Technology Education course taken.

All applicants must also have current membership in a Technology related SBHS club/activity/class or significant Technology related activities outside of school.

 **Examples of clubs that meet this requirement include:  Robotics, XSTEM, Computer Science, etc.

 All candidates must be in good standing.  Character for membership in these societies adheres to the same policy as the National Honor Society as outlined in the student handbook.

If you have previously been admitted to a subject area honor society, you do not need to reapply – your status for continuing eligibility will be reviewed automatically.

Teacher recommendations will occur after the application process is complete.

2. If you feel you qualify for any of the Subject Area Honor Societies please complete the Google Form found below.

3. If you have previously been admitted to a subject area honor society, you do not need to reapply – your status for continuing eligibility will be reviewed automatically.  

4. Teacher recommendations will occur after the application process is complete.
