Registration Information

South Brunswick High School welcomes students of resident families entering all grades in accordance with the District's registration policy.

**AT THE TIME OF YOUR ENROLLMENT IF YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION IS INCOMPLETE, YOU WILL BE RE-SCHEDULED TO A LATER DATE.**

In order to register a student in our school, parents/guardians must present the following documentation:

  • Original birth certificate with raised seal
  • Proof of residency (e.g. original Deed/Lease or signed Contract of Sale, if still in effect with copy of your current drivers license & Utility Bill in your name reflecting your NEW address in district)
  • Student Health Records with dates of inoculations
  • Student records from the student's former school ( unofficial copy of student's most recent transcripts, current report card, current schedule, Standardized test scores and IEP or 504 if applicable) (ALL overseas transcripts MUST be translated and certified)
  • Proof of guardianship

If the above is not available any substitute must be approved. Please contact Raymona Baker for information on acceptable substitutes.
